Default Polaroid?

I have a Polaroid 4x5 back -- maybe a 545 -- the last bit of 4x5 gear I still own.

Would Fujifilm FP-100C work in it?

I'm wondering if it would be good for a pinhole camera? I remember a magazine article from many years ago about a photographer who took the Polaroid instant film and peeled the top layer off and mashed the color positive onto some kind of paper (making a reversed color transfer).

Most probably yes.
