Sorry I didn't mean to post it so large. Yes not just the larvae, the adults are serious predators.

Although in some species adults are also mainly carnivorous, in most it’s a different story, :

“They feed on pollen, nectar and honeydewsupplemented with mites, aphids and other small arthropods, and some, namely Chrysopa, are mainly predatory. Others feed almost exclusively on nectar and similar substances, and have symbiotic yeasts in their digestive tract to help break down the food into nutrients.[1]” Wikipedia
