Mary, your missing post?

Asher, Amen to all that you say in reply to me. It is all so true, especially about "bibles
that reflect the truth more than those which claim the "truth"."

I guess you just pushed my button. I have been profoundly grieved for five years now by how the powers-that-be handled my country's response to the shocking attacks on 9/11/2001. I see little around me to assuage that grief.

My reaction is to celebrate the beauty of "our earth, this earth, the only earth we know."
(quote, by memory, from the movie *Soylent Green*).

I am glad that you have put this complicated mesh of topics under discussion here.

I can only do my best. Not everything I come up with will be the best I could do under the optimum conditions of a rested body and adequate leisure.

But it will be the best I can do at the time.

So true.

Mary is this what you have been looking for?

I just searched for it and moved it here!

Thank you so very much. I am so glad to finally read what you said in reply to my last post on this September thread.

It was a serious topic to me, and when I couldn't open the thread to read it--got that "Invalid" alert box every time--I felt as if you had been compelled to leave on an urgent matter in the middle of a serious conversation and never found time to get back to me. Not that that is what happened. It was just my own emotional response to the situation.

So now, that conversation is complete.

And the most beautiful part is the footnote in your essentially encrypted reply:
"A camera can only capture light, but a photographer can use it to spead light!" Asher
I am so glad I was persistent to ask you again about the missing post+reply, because I wouldn't have missed reading that for all the world.
