Here from the BBC more Aurora pictures. These are due to sun spots sending charged plasma towards earth!

We live so far north that on a clear day you can see Victoria BC Canada from our beach where I shot the Aurora images
And in some of the images, you can see the cruise ships leaving Seattle and heading to Alaska

I wonder whether there are Gods connected with that!!

Oh, Jim. Fabulous images. I live far enough north to see the aurora often, but sadly, so many times, it's cloudy, or raining or snowing. So not many opportunities. Surely, you'll get to see some in Alaska. Best of luck!
